This experience takes place in two different locations, which is why it includes two explanations and two tastings. You will get to know two of the region’s most iconic products: the king of cheeses, Parmigiano Reggiano, and the black gold of Modena, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar. The dairy farm you will visit is a true family-run business with a complete and organic production chain. You will see the hay for the cows, the calves, the cows themselves, the milking room, but most importantly, you will witness the production of Parmigiano (which occurs only early in the morning, and therefore, the tour begins at 8:30 AM). Afterward, we will move to the Acetaia, where you will immerse yourself in the history, secrets, production processes, and magic of authentic Traditional Balsamic Vinegar. .
