In the kitchen at home, through simple gestures and authentic ingredients, I share how to use Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP, Aceto Balsamico di Modena, Saba, our balsamic condiments and Balsamic Pearls in creative and delicious ways.
I am not a professional chef. I cook out of passion — for my guests and for the visitors who come to our Acetaia in the heart of the Emilia Food Valley. Through these recipes, my goal is to show how Balsamic Vinegar can transform even the simplest dishes into something truly special.
