“Cooking with Sofia” is the new column by Acetaia Malagoli Daniele, where tradition and creativity meet in the warmth of a home kitchen.

I am not a chef: I cook out of love, for my guests and clients, to show how our products can transform both simple and refined dishes, creating an endless variety of pairings. Each recipe is an invitation to discover the versatility of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP, Saba, our condiments, and Balsamic Pearls, which perfectly complement both authentic Emilian cuisine and flavors from all over the world.

Starting from September 5th, a new video will be released every Friday: a weekly appointment to share ideas, inspirations, and pairings that enhance our product range.

The aim is not to teach how to cook, but to reveal how just one drop of Balsamic can change the destiny of a dish: from tortellini to gelato, from gnocco fritto to gourmet salads, from hearty main courses to delicate desserts.
