PREMISE.

This website, accessible at the URL www.cancellatouniform.com (hereinafter, the “ Site ”), is the exclusive property of Acetaia Malagoli Daniele Srl , with registered office in Castelfranco Emilia (MO), via Celeste n. 9, CF and VAT number 04171920368, REA number MO-448963.

Access to, use of, and navigation through its pages automatically confers the status of User and entails full acceptance of these Terms of Use (contractual conditions of use of the Site), as well as the General Contract Conditions , the Privacy Policy , and any other note, legal notice, information, or disclaimer published anywhere on the Site, all of which are to be considered legally binding for visitors to the Site pursuant to Italian law.

In any case, this Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

Users who do not intend to accept one or more of the Terms of Use listed below are invited to immediately terminate their visit to the Site.

The User undertakes to use the Site and any data, information, and material available therein exclusively for lawful purposes, in accordance with these Terms of Use, and shall be solely responsible for any liability arising from any unlawful use of the contents and/or violation of any law.


  1. MODIFICATION AND DURATION OF THE TERMS OF USE OF THE SITE.
  2. The content of these Terms of Use may be modified, without notice, at the discretion of Acetaia Malagoli Daniele Srl. Users are therefore required to constantly review them to always be informed of the conditions applied.
  3. These Terms of Use and any subsequent modifications, published on the Site, will remain in full force and effect for the entire duration of use of the Site, its contents, materials and/or services by the User.
  4. Even after termination of use of the Site, the provisions of these Terms will remain in force and will be binding, as they have a continuing nature, regarding:
    1. exclusion and limitation of liability of Acetaia Malagoli Daniele Srl;
    2. law applicable to the contract and its performance;
    3. jurisdiction and competent court to hear any disputes.


  1. PURPOSE OF THE SITE.
  1. The Site is for commercial purposes: through it, Acetaia Malagoli Daniele Srl intends to produce and sell food and non-food products, as well as offer booking services, exclusively to consumers, defined as natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to their commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activity. Acetaia Malagoli Daniele Srl therefore reserves the right to refuse purchase orders from Users who are not consumers, as well as any other purchase order proposals that do not comply with the General Contract Conditions and these Terms of Use.
  2. In any case, the material published on the Site is not periodic and therefore does not constitute an "editorial product" pursuant to Law No. 62/2001.


  1. INTERRUPTION AND SUSPENSION OF THE SITE.
  1. Acetaia Malagoli Daniele Srl reserves the right, at any time, to interrupt or suspend, temporarily or permanently, access to the site, to individual pages, to content or to services offered by the same.
  2. The User acknowledges that, for such operations, Acetaia Malagoli Daniele Srl cannot in any way be held responsible towards the User or towards third parties.


  1. CONTENTS, COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARKS AND DOMAIN NAMES.
  1. The entire Site, including the pages that compose it, the ideas, the graphic design, the contents, the audio/video materials, and more generally any other creativity connected to the Site and the services, as well as some food and non-food products made and sold through the Site, are the property of Acetaia Malagoli Daniele Srl
  2. Such materials may not be reproduced, used, or represented by the User, nor for purposes that are unlawful and/or expressly prohibited by these Terms of Use, except in cases and within the limits expressly recognized by Acetaia Malagoli Daniele Srl or in cases and to the extent permitted by law.
  3. Any unlawful or unauthorized use of the aforementioned trademarks is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, the use of these trademarks and any other distinctive signs on the Site to take unfair advantage of their distinctive character or reputation, or in any way that could harm them or their owners, is prohibited in any way.
  4. The User is granted a non-transferable right to use the Site and/or the services, limited to private, non-commercial use.
  5. Acetaia Malagoli Daniele Srl undertakes to remove, as quickly as possible, any content deemed unlawful, as determined by a judicial authority. Content deemed unlawful at the sole discretion of Acetaia Malagoli Daniele Srl and reported by users will also be removed. In such cases, Acetaia Malagoli Daniele Srl will take appropriate steps to report the matter to the competent authorities.
  6. In the event that Acetaia Malagoli Daniele Srl ascertains, directly or following a report, a violation of national and/or international legislation on the matter, it reserves the right to interrupt access to the Site or to specific contents or materials.


  1. USER OBLIGATIONS.
  1. The User undertakes to make diligent use of the Site and the services accessible through it, in full compliance with Italian law, good morals and these Terms of Use, as well as the General Contract Conditions , the Privacy Policy and any other note, legal notice, information or disclaimer published anywhere on the Site itself.
  2. All information provided by the User through any means whatsoever to obtain the services offered by Acetaia Malagoli Daniele Srl must be truthful and complete. In any case, the User will be solely responsible for any false and/or incomplete declarations, false and/or incomplete information provided, as well as any damages resulting to Acetaia Malagoli Daniele Srl or third parties.
  3. Furthermore, the User may not, by way of example and not limited to: use tools, software or scripts that are harmful to the Site and to the tools used by Acetaia Malagoli Daniele Srl (and its technicians) in the course of providing its services; violate or attempt to alter any aspect of the Site's services; block, overwrite, modify or copy, where this is not necessary for the correct use of the Site's services; reproduce using "robot/crawler" type search technology; publicly disclose and reproduce Site content without prior authorization; alter data and content of the Site; take any action capable of compromising the functionality of Acetaia Malagoli Daniele Srl's infrastructure and the Site; commit or facilitate a crime; cause disturbance to other Users; send unsolicited material, commonly known as "spam"; transmit and/or disseminate viruses, Trojan horses, worms, malware, logic bombs, or any other material that is technologically harmful, in breach of confidentiality or privacy, or in any way offensive or obscene; violate the proprietary rights, including industrial and intellectual property rights, of any party.


  1. ACCOUNT CREATION
  1. To order and purchase products on the Site, the User can create a personal account by registering according to the following procedure:
    1. click on the stylized user icon, on the menu bar located at the top of any page of the Site;
    2. then click on the “shop” button, if you intend to log in with the account already registered on the Shopify “Shop” platform ;
    3. alternatively, you can register your account on the Site by entering your email address and clicking “Continue”;
    4. by clicking on “Continue”, the User accepts these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy;
    5. The system will automatically send the User an email containing a temporary code, which must be entered on the next page. By entering the code in the appropriate space and clicking "Submit," the User will have registered the account connected to the email address.
  2. For each subsequent access to the account, simply repeat the procedure, which also serves as a login.
  3. Once the account creation process is successful, the registered user will also be able to access their reserved area, where information services are offered, such as:
    1. track your orders;
    2. view a history of orders and purchases;
    3. view and change your contact and shipping information;
    4. change your login details;
    5. request returns of purchased products.
  4. In any case, it should be noted that, as indicated in the General Contract Conditions, it is possible to order and purchase products on the Site even without registering or using an account.
  5. Users are reminded that when accessing any area of ​​the Site via a public computer (for example, an Internet café, public library, university classrooms, etc.), they must carefully log out at the end of their session. Otherwise, other users of the same device will be able to access the previously used account.
  6. Furthermore, if you access your account from a mobile device (e.g., a smartphone or tablet), via a web browser or an application, depending on your settings, your account may remain logged in. We therefore recommend protecting your mobile device with a password, and if your device is lost or stolen, using the remote data deletion options (if available) to delete all personal information on the device, and finally changing the password for your account registered on the Site.
  7. Registered Users may, at any time and for any reason, request the deletion of their account by sending an email to info@acetaiamalagoli.com ; they will receive confirmation of the deletion via email.
  8. The account must be used exclusively by the User and cannot be transferred to third parties; the User undertakes to ensure that no one can access it and to immediately inform Acetaia Malagoli Daniele Srl in the event that he suspects or becomes aware of any improper access or use of the same.
  9. Each User may register only one personal account on the Site: multiple registrations are therefore expressly prohibited.
  10. Acetaia Malagoli Daniele Srl reserves the right to cancel a User's account in the event of a violation of these Terms of Use, or in the event that complete, truthful, and accurate personal data has not been provided, without prejudice to the right to compensation for damages suffered.
  11. As already specified in point 3.1 of these Terms of Use, Acetaia Malagoli Daniele Srl reserves the right, at any time, to interrupt or suspend, temporarily or permanently, access to the site, to individual pages, to contents or to services offered by the same, especially where security reasons arise.


  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
  1. The Site and related services are offered "as is" and without any guarantee of functioning.
  2. The User acknowledges that use of the Site and its related services is at his or her own risk. Specifically, Acetaia Malagoli Daniele Srl provides no specific guarantee regarding any results expected, desired, or obtained through use of the Site and its related services, and declines all responsibility for any claims made by the User relating to the use or malfunction of the Site or its services.

The User agrees and accepts that Acetaia Malagoli Daniele Srl cannot be held in breach of its obligations, nor responsible for delays, malfunctions in the provision of the Site and related services, and for damages, direct or indirect, occurring to the User or third parties, deriving from events beyond its reasonable and material control, such as, by way of example and not limited to:
    1. failure and/or defective functioning of the services provided by telecommunications operators and/or electrical equipment and lines, as well as telephone, telematic and/or cybernetic connections, not directly managed by Acetaia Malagoli Daniele Srl or by persons for whom it is responsible;
    2. malfunction of the terminals or other communication systems used by the User;
    3. actions of other users or other subjects accessing the Network;
    4. other events resulting from fortuitous events and/or causes of force majeure.
  1. In the event of an interruption in the functionality of the Site, Acetaia Malagoli Daniele Srl undertakes to restore it as quickly as possible.
  2. Acetaia Malagoli Daniele Srl takes every precaution to prevent the publication on the Site of content, images, videos, sounds, and graphic representations that describe or represent scenes or situations of physical or psychological violence or that could in any way be deemed offensive to human dignity, freedom of expression, sexuality, and religion, civil conditions, and human rights.
  3. Acetaia Malagoli Daniele Srl also does not guarantee that the aforementioned content is appropriate or lawful in countries outside of Italy. If the User should notice any of the above, he or she is asked not to access the Site. However, if the User decides to access the Site and use the services offered, he or she does so entirely under his or her own responsibility and free will.

Acetaia Malagoli Daniele Srl strictly prohibits the use of meta tags and framing of its pages, i.e., incorporating a web page into another site, thereby preventing the attribution of the content. However, the publication of links to the Site is permitted only with written authorization from Acetaia Malagoli Daniele Srl.
  5. Acetaia Malagoli Daniele Srl reserves the right to take any action to protect its rights and legitimate interests if it suffers any financial or non-financial damage due to the conduct of the User or third parties, including, but not limited to, damage to honor, reputation, or image.

These Terms of Use, as well as the General Contract Conditions , the Privacy Policy and any other note, legal notice, information or disclaimer published anywhere on the Site itself, as well as the relationships between Acetaia Malagoli Daniele Srl, owner of the Site, and the Users are subject to the application of Italian law.
  2. All disputes that may arise between Acetaia Malagoli Daniele Srl and the Users, connected or in any way linked to the use of this Site (and related contents, materials and services), as well as to these Terms of Use, are reserved to Italian jurisdiction and to the exclusive territorial jurisdiction of the Court of Modena.
  3. In any case, the Consumer User – understood as the natural person who uses the Site for personal purposes unrelated to his or her commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity – is informed that a specific European platform for the online resolution of consumer disputes (Online Dispute Resolution) has been established, accessible at the following address https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ .
