Our B&B features four comfortable rooms located in a beautifully restored farmhouse in the heart of Italy’s Food Valley, between Modena and Bologna.

Each room has a private bathroom inside, equipped with shower, hairdryer, towels and soaps. You will also find bed linen and slippers available. Daily tidying is guaranteed for the entire duration of your stay.

Breakfast is served in the common room and is carefully prepared by Barbara: homemade cakes, cold cuts, cheeses, fresh eggs, a selection of teas, espresso and cappuccino.

Finally, a little note of color: in the morning you might hear the crowing of our roosters… a reminder of country life that often surprises those coming from the city!
